At last I hear you all cry.....some scale pics to look at!

Yes I know it has taken a while but it isnt easy running HF as a 'one-woman shed-residing band' and I do have to sleep sometimes!

Organising something like this was very hard. Firstly I had to find a suitable backdrop for our dipped figures. Some of our female figures are very demanding and can even be described as 'Divas'...after all they have to be tough as most of the time they cant even be bothered to get dressed! And the men....well.......macho isnt the word!

All of the kids small white lego bricks

After much mind-searching I ended up raiding the kids lego box and built a nice wall to stand the figures up against. The wall is marked with 1mm increments so that you can easily see eye levels and how the various ranges are structured.

Next we needed the help of a specialist. Someone who was tough enough to keep the men and monsters in line but also able to control the women. We interviewed many characters from 'the toybox modelling academy' and eventually found an apparrently nice chap who seemed to fit the bill. A bit of a scruff, we couldnt get him to part with his facial hair and mean sideburns but after a few choice words from Libby he agreed to wear an England shirt if she took away the 'extra-tough plastic nipping pliers' that she was wielding. Although initially he seemed like a very likeable (if slightly manic fellow), as the shoot wore on we began to doubt his sanity slightly.

We would like to present 'LEGO-LARS'

mean,moody and always ready!

The list below is by no means complete but hopefully enough to stop you all moaning for a while (you know who you are!). Many thanks to Craig for spending a whole day in April photographing the entire range and for editing them over the last few weeks.

At the moment we have stored all of the images we are using on this page. If you find that this takes too long to download or you experience problems then please let me know and I will organise this as a thumbnail page with links to the full-sized images.
